Hampton Lakes Explorers/Jr Firefighter Post 172 is looking for new members. This is for young men and women from ages 14 thru 21. Our Post was established 4yrs ago and has had great results in training young people in the fire service and in learning how to volunteer in our communities. We meet the 1st and 3rd Saturday evenings at 6pm. We are members of the Hampton Lakes Fire Company and are sponsored by the Boy Scouts of America. It is for both male and female youth. You don't have to become a firefighter to join, it is learning how to become a volunteer to help your neighbors and community. There is a place for everyone, you need no special qualifications to join just a desire to help. Please come join us on evening and see if it is something you might want to do and meet our young members and staff.
